AI Receptionist Pricing Index
What the cheapest published plan from each vendor would cost at the same monthly call volume. Every number below is computed from the vendor's own public pricing page, read on the date shown. No sales quotes, no third-party estimates.
Disclosure: We currently have no affiliate or paid relationships with any vendor listed here, and all vendor links are ordinary links. If that changes, affected links will be labeled “Paid link” right next to them. Details.

How to read it
- Assumption: every call averages 3 minutes. Per-minute vendors are charged 3 minutes per call; per-call vendors are charged per call. If your calls are shorter, per-minute plans get cheaper; if longer, per-call and flat plans look better.
- Per-unique-caller billing (Goodcall) is treated as if every call came from a different caller. That is the most expensive case; repeat callers make it cheaper.
- Overage is included where the vendor publishes a rate. If the vendor publishes no overage rate and no plan is large enough, the cell says “n/c” (not computable) rather than guessing.
- Not like-for-like features. Cheapest plans often lack features such as calendar booking, warm transfer or bilingual answering. Check each vendor profile before choosing on price alone.
- Live services bill differently. Some count receptionist time spent on tasks for your account, not just talk time (Posh says so explicitly).
- Ruby is excluded from the table because its receptionist plan prices were not present in the public page text we could read. See its profile.
Method details: methodology. The table is regenerated whenever a vendor's pricing page changes.
